They've been in the business since 1966. Their focus is less on retail locations and more on providing whole bean coffee beans for people to make at home. While they are in California, they are one of the very few coffee online retailers that ship to Canada (StarbucksStore.com does not). Finally, since my own parents live in Canada, I have used them and can vouch for their professionalism and customer service.I'm not sure how much you were considering to buy, but would definitely suggest their Coffee Tours or Peetnik's Coffee Club if you wanted to set up an ongoing delivery of coffee right to your door. Otherwise, try a pound or two of their coffee.
